After doing a little preliminary research online, I've decided on a workout regimen.
This schedule keeps with tradition in that most bodybuilders ironically elect to make the Sabbath their Rest Day.
In other news, I've started breaking in my home gym.
Having never lifted weights before (what those who actually have muscles simply refer to as "lifting"), I had no clue how much I could bench. I managed to get 90 lbs. above me more than once, but I'm a tad scared to find out what my max is . . . but, no doubt, curiosity is going to get the best of me pretty soon.
P.S. Arnold presses are a bee-otch!

If someone forces me to do more than three sets of 20-lb. Arnold presses at 10 reps, I'll sure as hell tell you where my grandmother hides her money!
