My body has gone from refusing to be force-fed to begrudgingly accepting it, which makes things a lot easier.
I didn't reasonably expect to start choking down six meals per day without batting an eye. I have to first develop an appetite and acclimate my stomach to eating on a more consistent and frequent basis. Before The Thor Challenge, I'd eat one gigantic meal a day, amounting to roughly 1,200 calories. When you add in six 140-calorie sodas throughout the day, you get the average intake for a male. (Even though I take in as much as the average guy, I'm underweight due to my high metabolism.) Of course, when nearly half of your caloric intake is sugary, liquid, simple carbs, you can't expect to be the epitome of health.
I'm now eating a full breakfast, a midday snack, and supper. Of course, the last meal is smaller since I no longer have a massive appetite from not having eaten all day, even less so because I'm nibbling on protein bars and almonds from sun up to sun down. I do this in order to give my body time to process the amino acids before having to do it all over again a few hours later, lest I fail to meet my daily protein requirement.
Not surprisingly, I've already gained a few pounds.
And my workout routines are progressing nicely. I can do 100 sit-ups, turn around and crank out 50 Russian twists with a 25 lb. weight, then manage 50 grueling v-sits, a.k.a. baby jackknives, before collapsing on the floor.

However . . .
I'm admittedly a bit confused on what appears to be the weightlifting equivalent of the great philosophical questions of Ancient Greece: progressive weight and low reps vs. high reps and low(er) weight.
I'm unsure which is better, whether it is a matter of personal preference or is simply determined by personal goals. I get the feeling it is most likely the latter, but God forbid you bring it up in a bodybuilding forum unless you have 40 extra minutes of life to spare!
