Progress.
I stepped on the scale this morning. (Yes, I know I have finger toes.) Wouldn't you know it, I'm at 178 lbs.! Granted, I still have seven pounds to go, but at a little over a buck-and-three-quarters, I've entered the hallowed weight division I need to be in to complete The Thor Challenge: light heavyweight. Yes, you read that right. I've gained nearly 40 lbs. since November and, as a result, become a heavy hitter, literally. |
Statistically, this is interesting because there are only six weight classes in bodybuilding: Bantamweight: Up to 143 lbs. < Where I started. Lightweight: 144 - 154 lbs. Middleweight: 155 - 176 lbs. Light Heavyweight: 177 - 198 lbs. < Where I'm at currently. Heavyweight: 199 lbs - 225 lbs. Super Heavyweight: over 225 lbs. I've jumped half the divisions in ten months! |
